blacktoothed, an exciting powerhouse in the diverse heavy scene, is known for their ability to
seamlessly blend different genre elements. Whether it's breathtaking 80s shred guitar solos, catchy
autotune pop melodies or brutal breakdown riffs, the Leipzig-based trio knows how to capture the
attention of a wide audience. Since the release of their last album JULI in summer 2022, singer
Hendrik Rathgeber, guitarist Matti Keitel and drummer David Sommer have scored over 800k streams
worldwide. Their unique portfolio allows them to perform effortlessly with a variety of artists and cross
genre boundaries. From The Ghost Inside or Hands Like Houses to Bad Omens, Thundermother and
Annisokay - blacktoothed has shared the stage with an impressive range of acts.
With their latest two singles, "Novocaine" and "Carried Away", blacktoothed become even more
extreme, taking the dynamic mix of rock, beats and breakdown to a new level. This unique
songwriting approach from guitarist Matti has not only caught the attention of their fans, but also the
industry, as the band has recently secured a tour through Europe with The Amity Affliction and
Emmure, which will take place in August 2024.

The band’s latest album »JULI« was created in collaboration with the producing team of Sawdust Recordings (Christoph Wieczorek & Julian Breucker) and shows that blacktoothed have narrowed their sound and found their musical style.
