To The Rats And Wolves

TO THE RATS AND WOLVES embody a lifestyle. Just turn off your mind and take some time out from the boring, daily grind and growing-up. You’re only young once.

The band, which was founded in 2012, achieved some impressive numbers in May 2015 when they released their debut album »Neverland«. Their first single gained more than 250.000 online clicks and the album made it to second place in the German iTunes-Metal-Charts. Soon after, the young group signed a contract with the label Arising Empire, which re-released the popular »Neverland« album.

»Neverland« lead the sextet onto many stages throughout Germany whilst their fan base and popularity was constantly rising. Beside numerous festivals, the “Wieder Geil-Tour 2015” with WE BUTTER THE BREAD WITH BUTTER, exclusive club shows on the Geki Rock Shows in Shibuya, Tokyo TO THE RATS AND WOLVES did not slow down in 2016. Besides their now permanent presence on the festival and touring circuit, the band also played as the official tour support in 2016 to BRING ME THE HORIZON during their three exclusive German shows as well as playing as opener for ASKING ALEXANDRIA.

Sold out clubs, constantly increasing followers plus thousands of clicks across social media platforms prove The Rats And Wolves right!

After »Neverland« introduced TO THE RATS AND WOLVES with its unique mélange of penetrative post hardcore and highly danceable electro elements to the top of the German trancecore scene; the six guys from Essen, Germany deliver a more than worthy sequel with new record »Dethroned«. The advanced overall concept sets new standards aesthetically and musically; the big singalongs, which made TO THE RATS AND WOLVES so successful in the past are even more hypnotising, the trance parts are more intensive and cunning, and the band surely deserves a Nobel Prize in breakdowns.

The motto is and always will be: Young.Used.Wasted… and the band is truly living this outside of and especially on the stage!
